Jack-O-Lantern Popcorn Balls
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 1 bag (10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- 3 quarts (12 cups) popped popcorn
- gumdrop spearmint leaves
- BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate, melted
- Microwave butter and marshmallows in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed.
- Stir in gelatin until well mixed.
- Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn in large bowl.
- Mix lightly until well coated.
- Shape into 12 balls with lightly greased or wet hands.
- Top each ball with a gumdrop spearmint leaf half to create stems.
- Decorate with melted BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Baking Chocolate to make jack-o-lantern faces.
