Tuna Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Blend lowfat milk and water into soup in a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  2. Stir in tuna, cheese, dry mustard, salt, rice and peas.
  3. Combine bread crumbs and butter.
  4. Sprinkle over vegetable mix.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min.
  6. Makes 5 c. or possibly 5 servings.
