Stuffed chicken spinach and pepper jack cheese

  1. Butterfly chicken breasts set aside
  2. Saute chopped onions and spinach in olive oil add garlic once onions are soft so your garlic doesn't burn add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Stuff chicken breasts with spinach mixture and slices of pepper jack cheese
  4. Make your egg wash with egg and milk
  5. Dip stuffed chicken in egg wash then cover with panko bread crumbs
  6. Cook chicken in 2 inch pan at 350 for 20 minutes ....eat and enjoy
