Bolognese Sauce Recipe

  1. Cook bacon till crisp.
  2. Crumble and set aside.
  3. Cook meat and minced vegetables in bacon fat till brown.
  4. Drain excess fat.
  5. Add in bacon, spices and tomatoes.
  6. Add in tomato paste with 1/2 c. water.
  7. Let simmer for approximately 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
  8. Serve over spaghetti, tortellini or possibly your favorite pasta!
