Kickin Corn Salsa

  1. Thaw corn.
  2. Finely dice red pepper, onion, and jalapeno peppers.
  3. Add lime juice (I scrape the pulp and add also).
  4. Mix in cilantro, cayenne, and black beans.
  5. Add thawed corn.
  6. Refrigerate to let flavors meld together (at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve with Fritos Scoops or Tostitos.
  8. Can also be used on taco salad.
  9. Super Yummy!
