Chicken Divan
- 3 12 cups cooked chicken
- 3 12 cups cooked broccoli
- 3 cups whole milk
- 14 cup cooked roux (with 2 tsp of chicken bouillon powder)
- 23 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cups crushed crackers
- 12 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 400f .
- Combine cooked chicken and broccoli in 9 x 13 pan.
- heat saucepan on med-high, put in cooked roux with chicken bouillon powder.
- Stir roux constantly for 35 secs then add milk, whisk ingredients together reduce heat to med heat and stir mixture until it thickens.
- Once thickened add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
- Pour Sauce over chicken and broccoli evenly.
- Optional: Top Chicken Divan with cracker and butter topping.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
