Classic Tabbouleh

  1. Mix bulgur and boiling water in large bowl; cover.
  2. Let stand 20 min.
  3. or until bulgur is softened.
  4. Stir in oil, juice, garlic and salt until well blended.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
