My Family's Special Juicy Chicken Karaage
- 2 Chicken thigh meat
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 dash Grated garlic
- 1 Salt and Pepper
- 1 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Plain flour
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the and chicken.
- I like adding more salt and pepper for the taste.
- Add beaten eggs and mix well.
- Marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Discard the excess marinade.
- Add flour, katakuriko and mix well.
- Heat oil to 350F (170C) and fry the chicken for about 4 minutes.
