Absolutely Apricot Recipe

• 1 1/4 c. water
• 3/4 c. minced dry apricots
• 1/4 c. apricot jam
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 3 c. bread flour
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
• 3 tsp yeast

1. Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer.
2. Select the basic or possibly white cycle and press start.
3. This recipe yields one 1 loaf.
4. Comments:This recipe calls for a lot of yeast.
5. This is because of the amount of sweet and heavy ingredients.
6. Yield: 1 loaf
