- Salt And Pepper
- Italian Seasonings
- Garlic Powder
- 1 loaf French Bread
- 4 slices Processed American Cheese
- Pour olive oil and butter into a pan on medium heat.

- Once the pan has heated up, toss in the veggies and let them get soft.
- While the veggies are softening, dice up the chicken breast.
- Sprinkle the diced breast with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings.
- By this time the veggies should be tender enough to toss the chicken in with them.
- Sprinkle entire pan with garlic powder.
- While the chicken is cooking, heat up another pan to medium heat.
- Slice the French loaf in half, then lengthwise, making two sub rolls.
- Butter each side generously and place on the pan to grill.
- By now this chicken should be done.
- Put two slices of cheese on each roll and top with chicken and veggies, and any other condiment of your choice!
