Brazil Nut Mousse Recipe
- 1 c. Heavy cream
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 c. Sugar Few grains salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Braxil nuts, minced
- 1 pt Basic vanilla mousse mix
- 4 whl brazil nuts
- 8 x Candied cherries
- Refrigeratecream throughly, refrigeratebowl and beaters well.
- Whip chilled cream till stiff (Don't OVER BEAT).
- Beating the egg, sugar, salt and vanilla.If you want just the basic vanilla mousse for dessert, freeze till hard.
- Otherwise, FOR THE BRAZIL NUT MOUSSE: at this point, add in minced nuts to mousse mix,then freeze till hard.
- Serve in sherbert glasses.
- Garnish with nuts and cherries.
- Tootie's Notes: with the basic vanilla mousse recipe you can add in and change and experiment.
