Smoked Turkey and Asparagus Wrap (South Beach Diet P2)
- 4 small whole wheat tortillas, 6 inch
- 6 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 8 slices smoked turkey breast
- 8 cooked asparagus spears
- 1 small tomatoes, cut into 8 thin slices
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- Lay tortillas flat, and spread with 1/4 of mayonnaise and mustard.
- Top each with turkey, asparagus, and tomato slices.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and roll up burrito style.
