Jalapeno Popper Cheese Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Put the bread on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  2. Combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeno and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Spread mixture over the top of the bread.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until mixture is melted and bubbly.
  5. Then turn on broiler and broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese browns slightly.
  6. Remove pan from oven and set it on a rack.
  7. Allow bread to cool for a couple minutes.
  8. Slice and serve.
  9. Note: This recipe can easily be doubled to use the other half of the French bread.
