Sweet BBQ Chicken Kabobs
- 4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 medium red pepper, cut into 1-1/2 inch chunks
- 1/4 medium green pepper, cut into 1-1/2 inch chunks
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 1 tsp. chopped green onion
- 2/3 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup cubed watermelon
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) , favorite flavor
- PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat.
- Using 2 long wooden skewers (2, side-by-side, for each kabob), thread chicken alternately with pineapple and peppers onto skewers, to make 1 kabob.
- MIX barbecue sauce and juice concentrate; brush some of the sauce mixture onto kabob.
- GRILL 8 to 10 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining sauce mixture.
- STIR sesame oil and onions into cooked brown rice.
- Serve with kabob.
- ENJOY watermelon for dessert.
- SERVE a glass of your favorite flavor CRYSTAL LIGHT with dinner.
