Beer Mustard Recipe

  1. Pour beer into a small bowl, cover loosely and let stand at room temperature overnight.
  2. Whisk beer and remaining ingredients together in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  3. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
  4. Remove from heat; cold to room temperature.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve with pretzels and sausage.
  7. Yield: about 2 c. (32 servings)
  8. NOTES : Give the gift or possibly spicy Beer Mustard with some Bavarian-style pretzels and astick of sausage in a decorated basket lined with a pretty cloth napkin ornew dish towel.
