Soy Milk Banana Coffee Smoothie
- 50 grams Frozen banana
- 50 ml Sweetened coffee
- 50 ml Processed soy milk
- 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 Cornflakes (optional)
- 1 Cinnamon powder (optional)
- Put the frozen bananas in the blender.
- (I freeze sliced bananas, then cut each slice in half.)
- Add the processed soy milk, sweetened coffee, and unsweetened yogurt, then pulse.
- (I use this kind of coffee).
- Pour the mixture into a glass of ice, top with crushed cornflakes, sprinkle with cinnamon, then it's ready to drink.
