Stir Fried Baby Bok Choy

  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Add ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add bok choy and stir fry for 1 minutes or until beginning to wilt.
  5. Add chicken stock and soy sauce to pan.
  6. Cover, turn heat to low and cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until bok choy is tender with a little bite to it.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
