Greek Marinated Fish Recipe

  1. Dip fish in seasoned flour, coating both sides.
  2. Heat the oil in large frying pan and fry the fish, turning to brown on both sides.
  3. Remove to a warm platter.
  4. Drain off excess oil from pan; add in garlic, rosemary and vinegar.
  5. Bring to a boil and let simmer a few min.
  6. Pour mix over the fish, serve warm.
