Turkey Meatballs
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 large onion
- 5 -6 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 6 ounces grated parmesan cheese
- 6 -8 ounces Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 -3 tablespoons italian seasoning
- garlic bread
- Purify onion (you need the juice for making the meatballs juicy) and garlic together.
- I use a mini chopper.
- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- combine turkey, onion/garlic mix, and egg in a mixing bowl.
- add grated parmesan cheese.
- add bread crumbs and italian seasoning.
- mix well.
- spray or butter baking sheet.
- roll up meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Place sheet in oven for 15 minutes, then turn.
- They should be a nice brown color on one side.
- cook for another 15 minutes.
- This is where I add them to my spaghetti sauce that is already warmed up and just let them simmer in there while I start the noodles.
