Burgundy Chicken Mozzone

  1. Dredge chicken with flour and brown in oil.
  2. Mix tomato sauce, wine, salt, pepper and oregano in a small bowl.
  3. Put chicken in a baking dish after browned.
  4. Add garlic to pan drippings and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Add peppers, mushrooms and stir fry for 5 minutes, then add the sauce.
  6. Simmer 3-4 minutes.
  7. Pour over the chicken.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350.
