Pineapple Pudding Recipe

• 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
• 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream

1. Mix pudding mix (dry) with can of pineapple (include juice).
2. After blended, add in lowfat sour cream.
3. Blend well.
4. Garnish with cherries or possibly strawberries.
