- 1 pound ground beef
- 678 ounces rice-a-roni beef flavored
- 4 ounces mushrooms, canned drained
- 5 ounces water chestnuts sliced and drained
- 1 1/4 ounces seasoning envelope stir-fry
- 5 dash soy sauce, tamari
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet stirring to seperate;drain and set aside.
- According to package directions, adding cooked beef, mushrooms, waterchestnuts, seasoning envelope and soy sauce when you add the hot water.
- Simmer, covered, until rice is tender, about 15 to 20 min like the box says, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- Add extra soy sauce if desired.
