Papaya Pineapple Smoothie

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of unrefined virgin coconut oil for additional healthy fat and calories.
  4. For more protein, add a scoop of whey protein powder.
  5. If you use frozen fruit, leave out the ice cubes as the smoothie will be thick enough without them.
  6. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  7. Shake well again before serving.
