Apple Mustard Glazed Ham Recipe

  1. In small saucepan, combine jelly, mustard, lemon juice and nutmeg.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 325 degrees, F.
  5. Score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 inch deep.
  6. Insert a clove in each diamond.
  7. Place ham on a rack in shallow roasting pan.
  8. Bake, uncovered, for 20 min per lb., or possibly till a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.
  9. During the last 30 min of baking, brush with glaze twice.
  10. Garnish with apple rings if you like.
  11. Makes 6-8 servings.
