Chow
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 teaspoon ground caraway seed
- 12 teaspoon cardamom, ground
- 14 teaspoon ground mustard (and 1/4 teaspoon ground Avish if you can find it)
- 14 teaspoon ground coriander
- 12 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 13 cup water
- 14 teaspoon fresh hot red chili pepper
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- Process everything together into a smooth mixture that will be as thick as toothpaste.
- Refrigerate with a jar with a tight cover.
- Use when needed.
