French Dip

  1. Place roast in slow cooker.
  2. Add water and seasonings.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  4. Remove meat from broth and shred.
  5. Strain broth and skim off fat.
  6. Serve meat on rolls with broth for dipping.
