French Dip
- 2 lbs beef roast
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 peppercorns
- Place roast in slow cooker.
- Add water and seasonings.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Remove meat from broth and shred.
- Strain broth and skim off fat.
- Serve meat on rolls with broth for dipping.
