Chicken Breasts a L' Orange

  1. Place 16 chicken breasts in single layer in each of 4 full hotel pans (or place all of the chicken breasts in 1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).
  2. Mix seasonings; sprinkle evenly over chicken.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake in 375F-convection oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Mix orange juice concentrate and mustard until well blended.
  6. Bring to boil on high heat.
  7. Pour evenly over chicken.
