Chicken Breasts a L' Orange
- 64 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. dried rosemary leaves
- 2 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
- 4 tsp. paprika
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- Place 16 chicken breasts in single layer in each of 4 full hotel pans (or place all of the chicken breasts in 1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Mix seasonings; sprinkle evenly over chicken.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake in 375F-convection oven for 15 minutes.
- Mix orange juice concentrate and mustard until well blended.
- Bring to boil on high heat.
- Pour evenly over chicken.
