Sundried Tomato, Steak and Onion Pizza
- 4 each prepared Pizza Dough (1-lb. balls)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups A.1. Gourmet Sauce, Sundried Tomato
- 1 qt. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 2 cups red onions, thinly sliced, sauteed
- 1-1/3 cups roma tomatoes, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup green peppers, julienned, sauteed
- 1 cup red peppers, julienned, sauteed
- - grilled medium-rare boneless beef strip steaks (1 inch thick), very thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- Roll out each ball of dough on lightly floured surface to 14-inch circle; dock evenly with fork.
- Place on pizza screens; brush with oil.
- Bake in 400 degrees F-convection oven 3 to 4 min.
- or until crusts are crisp and lightly browned.
- Remove from oven.
- Spread each with 1/2 cup sauce; sprinkle with 3/4 cup (3 oz.)
- cheese.
- Top evenly with onions, tomatoes, peppers, meat and remaining cheese.
- Bake an additional 2 to 3 min.
- or until toppings are heated through and cheese is melted.
