Scouse

  1. Place the meat in a bowl, season with the salt and pepper and add the flour.
  2. In a pan, heat a bit of olive oil with the dash of worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add the floured and seasoned meat and brown for 2 minutes.
  4. Add to slow cooker.
  5. Add all other ingredients to the slow cooker.
  6. The fluid level should just cover the meat and veg.
  7. Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours.
