Shish Kabob (Grilled Marinated Lamb Skewers)

  1. Combine wine, olive oil.
  2. lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
  3. Add lamb and toss to coat well.
  4. Cover and set aside to marinate, refrigerated, for 8 hours.
  5. Preheat grill or broiler to high.
  6. Drain lamb, reserving marinade in a small bowl.
  7. Pat meat dry with paper towels and spear 5 pieces on each metal skewer.
  8. Season generously with salt, pepper and marjoram and grill 10 to 15 minutes, basting several times with marinade, until well-browne
