Mexican Fideo

  1. Heat oil, add fideo and cook until lightly browned.
  2. Add onion and cook until tender.
  3. Add garlic, tomato sauce and water and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
