Warm Feta and Roasted Pepper Spread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Butter a 2-4 cup baking dish or two large ramekins.
  2. In a food processor, (or in a tall cup using an immersion blender) puree bread crumbs, Feta cheese, roasted red pepper and garlic until smooth; season to taste with pepper.
  3. Spread into prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until warm and just starting to turn golden around the edges.
  5. Serve with toasted pita wedges and cucumber slices for spreading.
