Rum Raisin Ring Cake Recipe

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add in dry ingredients alternately with 1/4 c. juice and rum.
  4. Stir in raisins, walnuts and pineapple.
  5. Bake in bundt pan (sprayed with Pam) at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min.
