Moms Easy Spinach Dip
- 1 package Chopped Frozen Spinach (10 Oz Package)
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 package Knorr's Leek Soup Mix (1.8 Oz Package, No Substitutes)
- 1 dash Lemon Juice
- 8 ounces, weight Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip!)
- 1 loaf Sourdough Or Italian Bread, Cut Into Dipping Size Cubes
- Cook spinach per package directions then allow it to cool and squeeze dry.
- In a large bowl combine spinach with other ingredients (except bread) and mix well.
- Ideally, refrigerate for an hour or two before serving so the flavors combine.
- Serve with cubed bread.
- If you want to get fancy, you can cut out the inside of a boule-type bread and place the dip inside.
