Small Strawberries with Lemon

• 2 pints small berries, whole or halved, stemmed and hulled
• 1 lemon, zested and juiced
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• A handful fresh mint leaves, torn or shredded

1. Toss the berries with the lemon and sugar in a serving bowl.
2. Let stand for a few minutes, then stir in the mint and serve.
