Creamy Hash Browns Recipe

  1. In saucepan, combine soup, lowfat milk, onions and cream cheese.
  2. Cook and stir till smooth.
  3. Stir potatoes into soup mix.
  4. Pour into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees till potatoes are tender; 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
  6. Remove foil, top with shredded cheese and bake to heat cheese.
  7. Tripled recipe fits 9 x 13 inch pan.
