Creamy Hash Browns Recipe
- 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 c. frzn hash browns
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. diced onions
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- In saucepan, combine soup, lowfat milk, onions and cream cheese.
- Cook and stir till smooth.
- Stir potatoes into soup mix.
- Pour into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees till potatoes are tender; 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
- Remove foil, top with shredded cheese and bake to heat cheese.
- Tripled recipe fits 9 x 13 inch pan.
