Parmesan-Glazed Acorn Squash

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cut each squash piece in half; place, cut sides up, in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Add water to dish; cover.
  4. Bake 40 min.
  5. or until squash is tender.
  6. Mix butter, sugar and oil; spoon over squash.
  7. Top with cheese and cinnamon; bake, uncovered, 5 min.
