Spinach Artichoke Casserole
- 1 bag Baby Spinach
- 1 container 8oz Onion Dip
- 1 can Artichokes (not In Oil)
- 1 whole Small Onion
- Wash and dry baby spinach.
- In large bowl toss spinach & onion dip.
- Add chopped artichokes, and chopped onion.
- Place in casserole dish, grate fresh Parmesan cheese on top, salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 350 covered for 30 minutes, uncover for last 5 minutes.
