Gooey Hash Brown Casserole
- 1 package (1kg Package) Frozen Hash Browns
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 3 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
- 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt, More If Desired
- 1 teaspoon Pepper ( More If Desired)
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup, 2 cups cheddar, parsley flakes, green onions, salt and pepper together.
- Spread into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese on top, then the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 and 1/4 hours or until the top is golden and bubbly, and the hash browns are cooked through in the middle.
- This will serve between 6 and 8 people.
