Gooey Hash Brown Casserole

  1. Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup, 2 cups cheddar, parsley flakes, green onions, salt and pepper together.
  2. Spread into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese on top, then the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 and 1/4 hours or until the top is golden and bubbly, and the hash browns are cooked through in the middle.
  5. This will serve between 6 and 8 people.
