Chili Cheese Log
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- Chili powder to coat
- Mix Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, pecans and garlic powder, and use waxed paper to roll into a tight log.
- Dust the cheese log with chili pepper.
- Transfer the cheese log onto another another sheet of waxed paper transfer cheese log and roll till coated.
- Refrigerate 1 hour and serve sliced on Ritz crackers.
