Chili Cheese Log

  1. Mix Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, pecans and garlic powder, and use waxed paper to roll into a tight log.
  2. Dust the cheese log with chili pepper.
  3. Transfer the cheese log onto another another sheet of waxed paper transfer cheese log and roll till coated.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour and serve sliced on Ritz crackers.
