Cottage Cheese Muffins
- 1 cup plain cottage cheese
- 34 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 14 cup flour
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 cup sun-dried tomato, finely chopped
- 14 cup basil, finely chopped
- 14 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 12 teaspoon salt
- mix and bake at 400 degrees.
