Dijon-Dill Shrimp with Pasta
- 1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 lb. uncooked small shrimp, peeled, deveined King Sooper's 1 lb For $4.99 thru 02/09
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in dressing and mustard.
- Add shrimp; stir until evenly coated.
- Cook 5 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
- Add tomatoes and dill; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Drain pasta.
- Serve topped with shrimp mixture.
