Broccoli and Prawn Red Chili Salad
- 1 bunch Broccoli
- 100 grams to 150 grams Prawns (Peeled, frozen)
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Red chilli pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 clove Garlic
- Cut the broccoli into small pieces and boil or microwave.
- Mince the garlic.
- Fry in a pan with a generous amount of olive oil and add the red chili pepper.
- *Cook over low heat until almost browned.
- Add the prawns and when thoroughly cooked, add the salt and pepper.
- *It will be tossed with broccoli later so flavour it more the usual.
- Put the prawns and olive oil in a bowl with the broccoli and toss.
- Chill in the fridge.
