Broccoli and Prawn Red Chili Salad

  1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and boil or microwave.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. Fry in a pan with a generous amount of olive oil and add the red chili pepper.
  4. *Cook over low heat until almost browned.
  5. Add the prawns and when thoroughly cooked, add the salt and pepper.
  6. *It will be tossed with broccoli later so flavour it more the usual.
  7. Put the prawns and olive oil in a bowl with the broccoli and toss.
  8. Chill in the fridge.
