Grilled Sweet and Sour Tuna Steaks

  1. Preheat broiler or start grill.
  2. In a small bowl combine sherry, ginger, soy sauce, honey, maple syrup, garlic, sesame oil, and cilantro.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Wash and pat dry tuna steaks.
  5. Place in a shallow glass baking dish.
  6. Pour sauce over steaks.
  7. Let marinate 10 minutes.
  8. Remove steaks from marinade and broil or grill.
  9. Cook 5 to 8 minutes on each side, turning once, and basting with marinade.
  10. Serve hot.
