Butter Pecan Chocolate Marshmallow Bars
- 1 each cake mix, butter pecan
- 1/4 cup margarine melted
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded (desiccated)
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
- Mix cake mix, margarine and water until blended.
- Firm into greased 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
- Layer marshmallows, chocolate chips, and coconut over crust.
- Bake 2 to 3 minutes or until marshmallows begin to melt.
- Cool.
- Cut into bars.
