As You Wish Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Butter (the Real Stuff Please)
- 1/4 cups Carrot, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 whole Onion, Diced
- 1/2 whole Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Black Olives
- 1/2 cups Italian Sausage, Browned
- 2 whole Roma Tomato, Chopped
- 3 cloves Roasted Garlic, More Or Less To Taste
- 1 bunch Cooked Pasta (proportionate With Your Veggies)
- 13 cups Heavy Cream
- 13 cups Mozzarella, Shredded
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Cook the carrot, onion and bell pepper until crisp-tender.
- Add in the olive oil, black olives and sausage.
- Allow to heat through.
- Add in the tomato, garlic and the cooked pasta.
- Toss to coat the pasta and warm the tomatoes.
- Add the cream and mozzarella.
- Allow the cheese to melt.
- Serve with a sprinkle of your favorite shredded cheese and salt and pepper.
- Easy ingredient substitutions or additions: thinly sliced carrots, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, bacon.
- This can be changed up with any ingredients and sauce.
