Arvilla's Rhubarb Pie Recipe
- 1 pt raw rhubarb
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pch salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 x 9 inch pie crust shells, 1 pie shell cut into strips for the lattice upper crust
- Combine rhubarb, sugar, salt, flour, and water.
- Add in Large eggs.
- Mix.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Top with lattice crust.
- Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees till done (usually about 35 to 45 min).
