Veggie Ham Crescent Wreath
- 2 (8 ounce) tubes crescent rolls
- 12 cup cream cheese with pineapple
- 13 cup diced cooked ham
- 14 cup finely chopped yellow sweet pepper
- 14 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 12 cup chopped broccoli floret
- 6 grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- Preheat oven to 375* F.
- Remove crescent roll dough from tubes; slice each roll into 8 slices (do not unroll dough first).
- Arrange slices into an 11-inch ring on an ungreased baking sheet.
- If desired, draw a circle on parchment paper, place paper upside down on sheet, and place rolls over circle.
- Bake at 375* F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes; carefully remove wreath from baking sheet or parchment paper and transfer to a platter.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Shortly before serving, spread cream cheese over wreath.
- Top with ham and veggies, Serve right away.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
