Raspberry Pecan Dip

  1. Combine the cheeses, onion, pecans and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Add enough mayonnaise to make it stick together.
  3. Place a layer of plastic wrap in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
  4. Press the dip mixture into the pie plate; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  5. To serve, flip the dip out onto a serving platter and spread raspberry preserves on top.
  6. Serve with your favorite crackers.
