Raspberry Pecan Dip
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1 cup American Cheese, Grated (Velveeta)
- 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 cup Pecans, Chopped
- 1 dash Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 jar Raspberry Preserves (small)
- Combine the cheeses, onion, pecans and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Add enough mayonnaise to make it stick together.
- Place a layer of plastic wrap in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
- Press the dip mixture into the pie plate; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- To serve, flip the dip out onto a serving platter and spread raspberry preserves on top.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
