Ww Pasta Skillet Dinner

  1. In a skillet over medium high heat, cook the soy protein crumbles, mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  2. Stir in soup.
  3. Cover and heat to boiling.
  4. Stir in pasta; reduce heat to medium low; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in spinach; and cook uncovered for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally or until spinach is hot and begins to wilt.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
